Our client is a Fortune 500 company looking for an outgoing, savvy communications and design professional to manage a wide variety of promotional and internal communications projects. Ideally, you will have 5-10 years of communications project management experience on a variety of projects including: web sites, video, blogs, print collateral and email. Project management/client service skills are key, including scheduling, developing timelines, working with multiple marketing and creative resources, and working closely with diverse internal clients at all levels. Good written communication skills are also key.

This position is a long-term, indefinite contract and includes benefits and PTO.

- A four-year degree or equivalent significant experience in communications or marketing-related field is required.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Detailed functional knowledge of: Microsoft Office/Outlook, Excel, Access, affinity for various computer software/systems, Adobe Creative Suite software applications including Adobe Acrobat

- Function as liaison between Marcom Program Managers and a combination of internal/external resources/vendors to accomplish production of a wide variety of promotional and internal communications projects.
- Manage projects from the information-gathering stage through concept and production stages to final produced communications, as well as offer suggestions of what might work best for a project.
- Handle multiple projects -- all at varying production stages -- and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor to the customer is essential. Harmonious teaming with writers, artists, photographers and both print and on-line production specialists is also essential.
- Obtain estimates from internal & external vendors to find the most cost effective vendor for the project, while maintaining top quality of a project.
- Maintain quality control and handle proofing of printed & on-line material.
- Keep up-to-date on submitting time and sending Monthly Highlights
- Work on assigned Program Managers' Monthly Dashboard and Highlights.
- Creating budgets and production schedules
- Quality control and proofing of printed and electronic material -- attention to detail at every stage of production is essential.
- Help direct the repurposing of printed material for use on the Internet and the information design of that material for on-line presentation.
- Candidate must have a willingness to learn and a mindset for certain systems-level computer activities - involving some HTML programming and working with Content Management software.
- The ability to coordinate with cross-business units, international market communications and media relations counterparts, as well as internal/external vendors, is a must.
