Marketing Project Manager

A large energy client of Aquent's is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team! The primary responsibility of the role is to help the company's Business Finance and external parties to set up, monitor and report on the status of project finances - including Shopping Carts, POs, and accruals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3-5 years’ experience in managing marketing communication production, vendor management and/or process management
• Preferred: Some experience writing and producing marketing communications for enterprise organizations, whether in analyst relations, public relations, investor relations or other marcom role
• Experience working in environmental or energy related field a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable about Adobe productivity software

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communications Strategy and Deployment
• Be primary point of contact for billing and payment-related marketing initiatives, working with LOB partners to define customer engagement and satisfaction goals based on project requirements.
• Develop contact strategies, scopes of work and estimates to produce marketing communications, web content, collateral, talking points and other assets as needed; work with external and internal vendors to establish timelines and processes for executing work.
• Translate communications strategies into clear, consistent and effective customer talking points for company representatives in the field and in our Contact Centers.
• Oversee creative development and—in many cases—define key customer- and internal-facing messages for marketing communications.
• Coordinate the review and approval of materials. Significant coordination is needed among several stakeholders across the Organization to route and reconcile feedback and gain approval on deliverables. • Ensure all finished materials meet the project objectives, and are produced without errors, consistent with established brand guidelines, communicated to internal parties and inventoried appropriately.
• Research, contributes ideas, writes and edits content for external communication vehicles ensuring consistency in tone, voice and alignment with company branding principles and strategies
• Review, edit, counsel and approve pre-written communications from other stakeholders on an ad hoc basis to ensure conformity with approved talking points, corporate style and tone, and general communication best practices.
