Marketing Project Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager for one of our Fortune 500 clients in San Francisco. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of content changes across several organizations and digital channels, including: .com, social media and email.

Responsibilities:
• Works under the direction of the eMarketing director to coordinate the execution of content changes in all digital marketing channels.
• Collaborates closely with the bank’s digital marketing agencies to effect required content changes.
• Maintains accurate and current reporting of all activities as part of the project (i.e. status reports)
• Works closely with the web content team to ensure execution of agreed upon modifications to one or more corporate web sites.
• Works closely with Line of Business program managers to ensure that work is planned and scheduled in concert with Line of Business activities.
• Produces and maintains a master project plan to track all activities.
• Works closely with the digital marketing channel managers to plan and ensure flawless in-channel execution.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing project management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related fields is required.
• Knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of web content management. Familiarity with one or more major web content management systems (i.e. Tridion, Vignette, et cetera) is a plus.
• Strong, clear and compelling communications skills that engenders support and enthusiasm. Must have the confidence to reach out to senior managers and executives for follow up and issue resolution. Very strong verbal and written communications are a must.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Microsoft Project (or similar) knowledge is desirable.
• Must know the basics of social media, email and Search
• Ability to work in highly matrixed, corporate environment.
• High degree of business maturity, mental fortitude and resilience. Proactive, can-do attitude is a must.
