Marketing Project Manager

Looking for a very experienced and driven individual with high caliber to independently manage the Field Readiness program and the evaluation kit program. This person will be treated like an FTE with great responsibilities and autonomy.

Key responsibilities include:
• Manage the field readiness program
o Support field readiness for key product launches – attend regular launch meetings, plan and drive field readiness activities, manage readiness calendar, etc.
o Drive readiness platform and process improvement
o Collect field feedback on readiness effort through different channels
o Launch/expand readiness efforts to serve new audience when the need arises
o Identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and able to scope out new projects based on findings
• Manage the evaluation kit program – support field marketing managers’ needs on physical evaluation kits. Produce new evaluation kits to support key product launches if needed.
• Other projects that may come up, such as: supporting the CRM effort.

This person will also manage another vendor who handles basic level tasks such as uploading files, submitting readiness communications, setting up training, managing evaluation kit inventory, etc.

The qualified candidate must have the following skillsets:
• Excellent project and process management skills and able to execute efficiently and effectively. Past experience working with marketing and sales teams is a big plus.
• Exceptional inter-personal and relationship-building skills. This role requires working extensively with the marketing team members and the field teams. Thus, to be successful, this person must be very collaborative and able to work well with different personalities and have good listening skills with a service-oriented mind.
• Very detail oriented and organized. Being able to think and plan thoroughly and stay on top of everything is a critical skill to have in this role.
• Strong business acumen. We are NOT looking for someone who only does what he/she was told to do. We are looking for not only a great “do-er” but also an active thinker who develops a good understanding of the business and can spot patterns/gaps/opportunities for improvement. Based on his/her analysis and findings, this person is able to suggest/scope out new projects and execute on them.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

A bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
