Marketing Services Project Manager

The Marketing Services Project Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that all Direct Marketing campaigns are on track to meet deadlines and compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with Administration Program Managers and Communications Managers in order to ensure the following:
• Every project has a standardized project plan that includes key milestones and other work stream dependencies
• Schedule and track marketing meetings with follow-up to action items
• Drive and challenge business units to successfully execute their plans and strategies
• Each major campaign has a marketing alignment meeting
• Each major campaign is prepared for weekly updates
• Each major campaign has a monthly in-person cross-functional working session
• Update SharePoint with project related documents
• Provide weekly status updates to Program Lead
• Tracking of issues and risks and escalation of issues run through the Marketing project manager
• Ensure the work is 100% compliant and content and data is correct
• Document activities in the standardized project plan that includes key milestones, and other work stream dependencies
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze information.
• Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Track issues, risks, and escalation of issues.

Experience Requirements:
• Experience in marketing project management
• Medicare/Medicaid experience in a health plan setting
• Hands-on planning and executing Medicare or Medicaid data, systems, or reporting projects at a large health plan
• Leading work streams related to customer relationship management (CRM) system design, development and deployment

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5 years of additional equivalent experience.
