Our client is a large financial institution in Pennington, NJ and they are looking for a Marketing Project Manager for a 12+ month contract job. This Marketing Project Manager job is 40 hours a week, health benefits and 401K offered. The Field Enablement and Advisor Marketing team is responsible for driving marketing initiatives that help supports the firms acquisition and deepening efforts. A key component of this function will be to support activities critical to the timely delivery of projects. We are looking to drive improvements to the Financial Advisor experience in delivering Events & Seminars in a phased approach through 2018 to support Client Acquisition. 

Marketing Project Manager Job Responsibilities: 
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects 
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility 
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress 
• Implement Change Management processes to manage project scope, schedule and costs 
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques 
• Report and escalate to management as needed 
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders 
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation 
• Run regular project meetings with clear agenda, objectives and next steps 
• Negotiate and consolidate project schedules between project teams 
• Manage issues log and connect teams to ensure completion 
• Create regular status reporting for senior management 
• Partner with Tech PMO on build out of application 

Marketing Project Manager Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s degree in related field 
• 3-5 of relevant Project Management Experience 
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills 
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with Microsoft Project and Visio 
• Solid presentation skills in person and via conference call 
• Financial Services Experience Preferred 


Position will be based on-site in Pennington but may require trips into NYC (about 5%)
