Vitamin T is working with an interior decor design company in their hunt for a Marketing Project Manager. They need a diligent Marketing Project Manager with experience and passion for managing projects within a close-knit team. The ideal candidate describes themselves as "Type A," so is detail-oriented, and working with creatives to bring order. The position involves managing the long-term calendar and day-to-day to-do’s for projects, while also delivering on tasks assigned directly to you by the Marketing Director.
The day-to-day tasks include scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing asset delivery and communication for assignments like our print catalogs, advertisements, brand identity assets, website related tasks, but no two days are quite the same.
—Manage and schedule a variety of marketing projects (lifestyle photography, studio photography, packaging design, labeling, materials for trade shows, email campaigns, editorial, advertising)
—Proofread and check over work for accuracy and fulfillment of project requirements
—Own the cross-departmental, media and vendor communication for all assignments
—Learn about the industry and our business to inform better project management and marketing decisions
—Ensure deadlines are met within a fast-paced, always-on work environment
—Write product descriptions with their brand voice
—Take on other duties as assigned
—Willingness to work overtime and weekend as needed during busier periods
—Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related degree with 2+ years of work experience
—Prior project or account management experience; ideally in an agency or marketing environment
—Strong communication skills
—Highly organized and process-oriented
—Strong work ethic; willingness to put in overtime as needed
