Marketing Project Manager

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination, execution, and completion of specific marketing tasks and projects, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and stakeholder objectives, all while staying within the agreed upon scope and timeline of their programs. In doing so, the Project Manager will be required to leverage the various Central Marketing Services functional areas and work with external resources to execute their marketing programs including, but not limited to, recurring document production, collateral development, advertising, and email marketing. The project manager should have an in-depth knowledge of the asset management industry with an understanding of both institutional and financial advisor audiences.

Qualifications:
-Deep knowledge of the financial services industry
-4-7 relevant work experience, including 3–5 years of asset management marketing experience, most preferably in a Marketing or Integrated Marketing Communications, though agency or consulting experience in an account management or a similar role will be considered
-Track record of creating and executing marketing strategies that drive results
-Experience in managing end-to-end marketing projects using the creative process from project scope and objective setting, brief and program development through production and distribution
-Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the proven ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously with multiple audiences and against deadlines
-Outstanding interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work with cross-functional teams and across different group, personalities, and experience levels
-Superior communication skills necessary, however this candidate will not be writing or editing any copy
-Pragmatic sense of business acumen, problem solving abilities, creativity, sense of "getting things done", and ability to shift gears on the fly.
-Client facing /client relations experience required

Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
-Experience using MS Project or similar PM tool
-Contributor to the team dynamic
-Asset Management experience ideal
