Marketing Project Manager

Duties Surgical Marketing Associate, in collaboration with the Brand Manager/Directors and Surgical Marketing Specialists, effectively manages general projects and core processes and procedures in support of marketing initiatives.

Owns print and digital media plan
Manage development of creative for journal ads/web banners
Work directly with vendors to ensure accurate execution of plan
Track financials and provides reporting to key stakeholders
Leads the execution of marketing materials and approval process for presentations at major congresses
Creates timeline and communicates to brand teams
Drive collaboration and execution within US Marketing as well as with cross-functional team members in planning for AAO and ASCRS
Partner with brand managers to process speaker slide decks through Zinc
Manage convention related items for Tier 2 meetings (ex. Corporate Accounts) and cyber grant needs/initiatives
Acts as resource in support of US Marketing needs
Proofing materials to finalize projects
Manage projects in absence of Surgical Marketing Specialists
Submits and manages files on digital sales platform (ex.EyeLink)
Leads specific initiatives across US Surgical Marketing (ex. article reprints, slide decks)
Owns all aspects of marketing materials at fulfillment house
Acts as key stakeholder for business relationship, provides feedback and direction and addresses questions/troubleshoots
Inventory management including reorders (ex. patient education) and removal of items
Provides new users access to system
Establishes new processes and procedures and leads implementation
Oversees the integration of new processes and procedures and communicates to team
Maximizes working relationship with vendors/procurement (ex. Tag, Novitex) and internal cross-functional teams (ex. GDM)

Preferred Level:

Confident communicator, strong ability to present thoughts and ideas
Ability to lead through influence

Education Minimum Required:
2+ years of business experience

Preferred Level:
Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing with focus on medical device or healthcare
