The mission of the Product Marketing Team is to build deep user love through modern, best-in-class marketing that leverages our products & services to tell our story, drive consideration and trial. This new approach to marketing is centered on the philosophy that the product-is-the-marketing and marketing-is-the-product. Applying this philosophy via an audience-centric approach, we believe that the best way to build brand love and get people to use our services is by immersing them in uniquely differentiated product experiences, targeting core audience passion areas. We partner with engineering to develop innovative moment in time product experiences across sports, entertainment and politics that deliver unique user value through the power of big data. These moments in time are identified by tapping into our own behavioral search data and insights to understand the opportunity size, user intent and oppertunity to attach our brands to these culturally relevant moments within each passion area. The marketing initiative has proved successful in taking search share from competitors, dramatically increasing user engagement and growing our fans.

We’re a fun, fast-paced team that takes a growth-hacker approach to marketing. We believe in pushing the boundaries of marketing by experimenting and learning, then scaling successful marketing strategies. We are looking for an ambitious and creative marketing project manager to execute our go-to-market (GTM) plans and help us achieve measurable business results.

Responsibilities will include:
• Work closely with the integrated marketing lead and product marketing managers across the team to support them in the development.
• Assist in management of v-team meetings to ensure continuity from strategy through to execution
• Manage campaign creative asset production in partnership with our marketing agencies.
• Develop field and partner ready kits for amplifying the campaign to local markets.
• This role requires strong project coordination, foundational marketing skillset and customer & data-centric approach
• Collaborate with marketing analytics team on an as needed basis to track campaign progress and work with broader team to action and/or adjust campaign executions in real-time to achieve measurable business results

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Experience managing digital marketing initiatives
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to effectively manage complex v-teams across functions
• Essential problem solving and program management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to adapt to change and work through ambiguity
• You possess the ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision
• Positive work ethic and drive to identify and act on new business opportunities
• Self-starter motivated to deliver results; works through barriers/constraints
