Position Summary

This Marketing Project Manager must be a highly motivated, self-starter, focused on providing project management in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Project Manager helps plan, execute, and implement all aspects of traditional, digital & interactive production including websites, content marketing, paid digital ads & email campaigns. Throughout the life cycle of these projects, the PM is responsible for making appropriate trade-offs with project teams to mitigate any issues or risks.


• Support the marketing and creative teams by managing all aspects of the project life cycle from design and development to production
• Create and execute project timelines and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs
• Work with Creative Director to assign work to creative teams and track progress against established timelines
• Help schedule and facilitate kick-off meetings and internal reviews with key stakeholders
• Interface with Sales, Customer Service and Product Development teams to translate requests into actionable projects
• Assure quality of marketing materials ensuring changes are made accurately and with all partners’ knowledge
• Provide first-level of internal proofreading on marketing materials
• Route creative designs for review and approval
• Facilitate project status meetings for creative and marketing teams
• Provide timely updated weekly status reports
• Ensure projects have a clear scope, specific deliverables and a well-defined resource plan
• Ensure timely communication and updates are provided to all relevant parties
• Manage scope to ensure agreed time, cost, and quality measures are met

• Excellent task management, organization, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment
• Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and punctual

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
• Experience with some kind of project management platform/tool (Smartsheet, Basecamp or equivalent)
• Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite workflow a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Understanding of pre-press and digital production workflow and processes
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing department or advertising agency
