Seeking Marketing Project Manager to support Corporate Marketing Services for a large banking client in NYC’s financial district. *This is a 12-month contract role (W2 hourly, with benefits, on-site).

Responsibilities of the Marketing PM:

The Marketing Project Manager coordinates internal resources and outside vendors to deliver projects according to each engagement’s defined scope. Work includes managing large ongoing projects to fast turnaround, short-order work.

The ideal candidate will:
• Set priorities, and take the initiative to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.
• Bring an understanding of the creative process and requirements in order to deliver outstanding creative work.
• Have strong organizational skills, uncompromising integrity, proactive problem solving.
• Have knowledge of all aspects of contemporary integrated marketing campaigns and disciplines.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effectively interact well with outside clients as well as internal employees.
• Adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines in a high-pressure environment

Qualifications Needed:
• 5+ years of related PM experience as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in a broad range of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Financial services and/or agency experience preferred. Proven project management experience required.
• A "can-do" attitude and a reputation for getting things done on time and with a high degree of added value.
• Proven track record of working within a creative agency environment
• Some light graphic and production experience is a plus.
