Our client has a Project Manager, Marketing and Communications role open, that can be temp to perm.

Primarily PRINT focused. Agency background would be great; digital work is small social projects as well as banner ads, email blasts etc. NO websites, or large scale digital projects.

POSITION SUMMARY

The PM is responsible for the day-to-day management of projects initiated with Marketing Operations and Production for the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and operational publications. The PM partners with project owners to develop creative solutions for complex marketing campaigns, is responsible for creating and maintaining a collaborative work environment amongst all key stakeholders throughout all phases of a project, and ensures that the delivery of all elements of marketing and operational campaigns and is efficient, cost-effective, and reflects high quality in support of the organization’s goals and priorities. The role is critical, and is often tasked with problem solving and adapting current processes to meet the expectations and goals of a campaign to meet delivery requirements.

The PM has a comprehensive understanding of the creation of multi-component marketing campaigns, which often include print collateral, presentations, email, video, ads, and other elements that are delivered during the lifecycle of a campaign. The PM applies specialized knowledge to provide integrated communications, and ensures that departmental and organizational processes and protocols are followed and implemented, including branding and editorial guidelines. The PM takes a proactive approach toward all project work, leading a project from beginning to end and providing innovative solutions and facilitating the application of new ideas to every challenge.
