Marketing Project Manager

6 month contract on-site at client location.
Pay: Up to $72/hr. DOE

The Project Manager role is responsible to coordinate all efforts for a major initiative to launch Experiential Marketing pop-ups globally. Overall, the candidate should understand the strategy for the program, manage timelines and raise any issues with the communication flow amongst cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
-Support Experiential Marketing Pop-up initiative
-Interface with external agencies’ working teams to manage timelines, deliverable due dates and quality check work
-Report on inconsistencies or project risks to agency leadership to ensure quality work
-Drive agendas, notes, action items and follow ups for all Pop-ups meetings
-Build and track timelines across Design, Training, Engagement, Partner management and Production functions
-Interface with internal cross-functional teams to manage their timelines and deliverables
-Report on project progress to internal leadership
-Coordinate budget management and raise flags to program lead for discrepancies

Minimum Qualifications:
-BA/BS required, in any field
-5-7 years of experience in project management, meeting management, event planning & vendor management
-Proficient in Google docs, sheets, slides (relevant Microsoft experience will suffice)
-Experience with creative projects - Managing agencies, creative agencies, experiential marketing agencies

Preferred Qualifications:
-Proactive self-starter
-Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail and rigor for process
-Executive presence to actively manage and run cross functional meetings
-Provides clarity to chaos and thrives in ambiguous situations
-Experience working with or managing creative processes
-Ideal if candidate has retail and/or marketing experience with opening a new store
