Exciting Opportunity for Marketing Project Manager & Tactical Strategist!

In this role you will actively drive intent development and execution by working and collaborating with a cross-functional team of marketing strategists, product managers, analysts and designers.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Partner with a Marketing Strategist to create the campaign and tactical strategy
• Act as primary contact on day-to-day tactical development of all marketing intent
• Turn campaign strategy into powerful ideas. Write briefs and kick-off work with the cross functional team. Channels could include: email, direct mail, print media, social and video content
• Assist in the review of all creative and agency documents to ensure they are strategically on target
• Work with execution teams to deploy tactics in-market
• Follow all tactics in-market and report on success metrics and learned insights
• Present results in a clear and organized manner, translating campaign/program learnings into actionable next steps and marketing recommendations

What you need to bring:
A love for marketing and bringing ideas to life from creative concepting to in-market deployment (aka you like playing in the details and managing projects to completion). Ability to influence cross-functional teams within a large and complex organization – making your and their ideas shine. Flexibility and detail-orientated work style with strong project management; problem-solving and prioritization skills; must be able to handle multiple projects, deadlines and changing priorities simultaneously while maintaining excellent and accurate work. Highly effective communication skills with outstanding writing, editing, and presentation abilities. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 to 5 years of advertising/marketing experience (agency experience a plus)
• Experience working with creative teams and putting intent into market

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 year of financial industry experience
• 2 years of strategic planning experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• B2B / Small Business marketing experience
