Marketing Project Manager / Associate Brand Manager

The Surgical Marketing Specialist, with the support of the Brand Manager/Director, effectively owns the development, design, approval, production and distribution of marketing materials and promotional projects from inception to completion to drive target revenue, profit goals and market share for surgical products

Responsibilities:
1. Lead marketing projects and promotional materials from concept to launch within scope, budget, and timeframe.
2. Initiate and manage project starter and brief creative/production agency in design, copy, image, content needs in development of marketing materials, ensuring agency executes and delivers accordingly
3. Route and own all materials for review and approval by regulatory, medical and legal stakeholders in the Zinc software to ensure compliance with established standards and policies/procedures including claims database and review items
4. Work with agency/vendor to establish quotes and estimates
5. Manage project timelines, production schedules, delivery of materials and assets
6. Champion assigned/associated budgets for individual tactics
7. Track and report project expenses and process invoices
