Great contract to hire opportunity at an industry leading medical company in Vancouver, WA.

The Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for executing many of the tactical and administrative tasks associated with marketing and the product development projects. The coordinator will work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate follow
through on marketing projects. Must love Excel!


  • Assist with the creation, delivery and optimization of marketing and promotional materials.
  • Proof and edit marketing materials and product packaging.
  • Follow QA process to ensure mistake free products and samples are delivered.
  • Assist with product develop cycle by researching and sourcing from internal and external entities.
  • Assist with custom kit process and development.
  • Assist marketing team with trade show preparation.
  • Coordinate flow of information and communication disseminating it according to plan and strategy.
  • Work with manager and business units to manage projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage print and electronic assets.
  • Manage marketing information database.

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

  • 2+ years of proven successful experience in project management preferably in the sales and marketing environment.

  • Highly proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • High energy, results driven and a self-starter that can work independent and as part of a team.
  • Successful at managing multiple projects at once, working under tight deadlines, and prioritizing based on urgency of projects.
  • Able to provide highly detail oriented, precise, and accurate information and instructions within specified timelines.
  • Problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership skills that can inspire trust, teamwork, ethical behavior and display a sense of caring for the company and its entire staff.
  • Fluently read, write and speak English.
