As the Marketing Project Coordinator, your skills in project management, organization, and communication will be instrumental in leading one of the most badass equipment brands in the world to new heights.
You will play a vital role in our Marketing department?s ability to deliver on consumer and customer needs and expectations. This will include tracking and communicating progress on all marketing projects, working with the Brand Manager and Marketing VP in the prioritization and application of resources to projects, and delivering weekly updates on all Marketing projects to the organization.
As the ultimate team player, you will help keep the entire 15-20 person department on track and focused. This includes reminding people of upcoming deliverables, making sure projects are being executed according to plan, and occasionally helping out with administrative support.
You must also demonstrate excellent customer service to your internal and external customers, which includes delivering on commitments, transparently communicating status, and doing everything possible to meet your customers? needs.
To succeed in this role, you will have to use your excellent organization and communication skills on a daily basis. Dozens of projects on very tight timeframes will be funneled through you from many different directions, and you must be able to keep track of all of them ? though you would typically not be the person responsible for actually producing the marketing content.
