Marketing Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator for one of the world’s biggest technology brands. Our client is renowned for being at the forefront of technology, products and entertainment. If you have a passion for creating amazing customer experiences and for technology, then this might be the place for you.

Working within the EMEA Retail Marketing team, your role will be to support the planning and execution of a large scale industry event. You’ll be partnering with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure a timely and on budget execution of the project, as well as providing compelling comms for senior leadership.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder management and partner engagement
- Overall event planning & resourcing
- Project management & comms
- Working with external vendors on designs, production, and event logistics

Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Strong organisational, project management, analysis, and communication skills, and an ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- Mid-level experience overseeing the development and execution of large scale corporate events.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Adapts to ever changing requirements including operating under tight deadlines and pressure situations
- Proven track record of successful partner engagements, including coordinating vendors and executing on customer contracts details.
