Our client, a major financial services company, is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to help them with on-time delivery of their marketing projects. This team is responsible for driving the brand. They develop the creative experiences that bring the brand to life across the complete communications spectrum, advertising, thought leadership, marketing communications and social channels. The team is responsible for the quality of the interfaces and experiences across the complete communications platform across all digital platforms including, web, mobile, social along with traditional print.

The Marketing Project Coordinator is a hands-on position within Advertising, Brand Management and Marketing Communications. The incumbent assumes direct responsibility for the creation and management of a wide range of both traditional and atypical marketing projects to meet a broad range of objectives. The Project Coordinator must develop a deep understanding of the client’s marketing objectives and goals and manage our creative resources to build and maintain the client relationship. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of creative projects and assets; concerned primarily with stakeholder and resource management across a portfolio of creative projects. It is critical that the candidate has a demonstrable track record in working with creative professionals and agencies in delivering high quality creative programs. With that, the Project Coordinator coordinates internal resources and outside vendors to deliver projects according to each engagement’s defined scope Experience in an environment which encompasses managing both large and lengthy projects to fast short-order work is essential.

Requirements for this role include:

• Ability to set priorities, and take the initiative to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.
• A good understanding of the creative process and requirements that should be met in order to deliver outstanding creative work.
• Ability to produce great results through relentless organization, uncompromising integrity, effective communication, and proactive problem solving.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Capacity to interact well with outside clients as well as internal employees.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines in a high-pressure environment.
• Proven track record of working within a creative agency
