Marketing Project Coordinator - Long Term

We’re working with a great company to find a Project Coordinator to join their team!

Start: As soon as the right candidate is found
Duration: Ongoing; long term
Hours per week: 40; some overtime required
Location: Onsite at client’s office in Hurst

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting projects with the in-house creative team. Projects could include promotional items, trade show materials, and other collateral.

Requirements:
-Project coordination experience including requirements gathering, timelines, and understanding/communicating roadblocks (budget, time to execute, availability of talent, or missing information)
-Ability to interface with the customer and maintain the relationship and manage expectations throughout the duration of the project
-Interface with our in-house project scheduler / traffic coordinator to ensure proper tracking
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
-Familiarity with creative department operations
-Must be adaptable and flexible, with demonstrated experience working in a high pressure fast-paced environment with moving deadlines, deliverables and priorities
-Experience with project-management software (enterprise or proprietary)
-Previous work with an in-house creative team or Corporate Communications department is a plus
-Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is huge plus (For example, the ability to resize an image in Photoshop, or make a small copy change in InDesign without a designer's help.)
