One of our Fortune 500 financial service clients in NYC is looking for Marketing Project Associate to join their team, onsite, 40 hours. This is for 7 months (until December) but has the ability to convert to full time/staff.

This blue-chip client is the leading payment card issuer for small businesses in the United States and supports business owners with a wide range of differentiated products and services to help them run and grow their businesses. This Team is responsible for leading and managing the execution of marketing efforts across multiple channels to engage, strengthen and protect our most profitable small business customers. The Customer Experience and Retention Team within CRM is dedicated to protecting, saving and re-engaging our high value, high potential business customers while serving as a customer center of excellence.

In this role you will support the Senior Manager of Retention in executing strategy and treatments that transform and improve the customer experience of “at-risk” small business customers (retention of customers at risk of canceling card membership - specifically through inbound teleservicing (inbound phone communications) environment.

This position is a terrific opportunity to help shape strategy and drive improvements for their “at-risk” customer base for up to 50 different products. This role is a unique blend of marketing, project management, analytics, creativity, and operations; it involves close collaboration with various groups across Marketing and Product partners, among others.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation and execution of enhanced “at-risk” customer strategy across multiple channels and with dialogic vendor (an inbound customer telecommunications company)
• Maintain critical retention offers and manage associated compliance updates
• Manage analytics, reporting and budgeting for program
• Support ad-hoc requests supporting Customer Experience and Retention Team efforts

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience; Bachelor Degree Required
• Corporate or Enterprise (large company) experience and marketing background
• Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
• Ability to multi-task, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent analytic and written/oral communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and influence across internal and external partners
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Strong MS PowerPoint / Excel / Word skills required
