An elite product marketing team within one of the country’s most recognizable brands is looking for a professional, eager marketing associate to help jump start their career as Marketing Project Associate. This is a contract position for 1 year, has the potential to convert to full time/staff, 40 hours a week, onsite, downtown NYC. This wonderful client is the leading payment card issuer for small businesses and supports business owners with a wide range of differentiated products and services to help them run and grow their businesses. The Retention team is dedicated to protecting, saving and reengaging our high value, high potential business customers. In this role you will support the Senior Manager of Attrition Prevention in executing strategy and treatments that transform and improve the customer experience of at-risk small business customers, specifically through outbound tele-servicing and digital environments. Additionally, you will help with budgetary and reporting support as needed.

This position is a terrific opportunity to help shape strategy and drive improvements for our at-risk customer base. This role is a unique blend of marketing, analytics, creativity, and operations; it involves close collaboration with various groups including Marketing and Product partners, amongst others.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of enhanced at-risk customer strategy across call types
• Manage lead list management process for all Attrition Prevention programs
• Ad-hoc projects supporting Customer Experience and Retention team efforts
• Manage reporting for program and conduct analytics to inform at-risk customer strategy
• Work with vendor and internal partners to ensure timely delivery of monthly lead files

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree, with an interest or experience in marketing
• 1 – 3 years of work experience
• Attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent analytic & communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively
• Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment
• Creative thinker with interest of working knowledge of small businesses
• Strong MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word skills required
