Marketing Project & Account Managers: Digital & Print

Our leading Fortune 500 business and consumer financial service company is in need of a freelance Digital and Print Marketing Project & Account Managers for upcoming needs. Locations are in NJ and NYC.

These contract position will manage the end-to-end project management process for Marketing Campaigns (credit card experience a plus). These positions will require strong project management skills for direct mail, collateral, email, and brochure product deliverables.

The candidates will partner with various cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaign from initial creative strategy direction and securing required approvals from various teams, through the hand off of final creative design documents to our channel deployment teams, culminating in a final quality control audit before deploying the communications to their customers.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end go-to-market creative execution process for digital and print marketing communications/campaigns
• Interpret marketing creative strategy, manage communications with advertising agencies, ensuring the creative messaging match intended strategies
• Interact with multiple cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement marketing programs for Card customers
o Experience with direct mail lettershop and audit dumps as well as digital assets
• Provide status updates, issues for discussion, guidance as appropriate and necessary to ensure accurate and timely program execution and customer account/offer fulfillment
• Manage multiple deadlines and schedules, ensuring all deliverables are met on time with accuracy and quality
• Ensure quality execution of all campaigns and fully understanding and adherence to Corporate policies, legal and regulatory requirements and departmental procedures
• Hands on management and execution of marketing communication including marketing production responsibilities, partnering with channel deployment teams to support the deployment process prior to final in market or launch date
• Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings
