Marketing Program Manager – Global Retail Marketing

Job Summary
The Retail Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for implementing specific programs that support the brand and will also work on seasonal campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in a matrixed organization, in an online and multi-channel environment.
This position will be well-suited to an individual who is a creative thinker with strategic and analytical skills to deliver on the initiatives.
Solid experience in digital marketing and production across web and mobile platforms is a must.

Primary Responsibilities
• Develop and manage execution of new and existing marketing programs to support Retail objectives
• Liaise and work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global and local strategic initiatives, clear communication, seamless integration and timely execution of retail marketing program deliverables; cross-functional teams include and are not limited to: Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Public Relations, Store Operations, Marketing Communications, Training, Merchandising, Finance, Online Store, Store Strategies, Publishing, Procurement, and Internal Comms.
• Recommend and develop the Retail support positioning and strategy while maintaining fiscal responsibility
• Provide leadership in driving strategic change and execution throughout the organization, identifying potential opportunities for growth and improvement
• Provide tracking, analysis, and insight to produce successful marketing programs, inspire evolution, and improve efficiency. Measure effectiveness and make recommendations for campaign and program optimizations.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships across all channels
• Contribute technical, experiential and/or operational innovation to the overall retail
marketing strategy
• Maintain intimate understanding of the Retail brand and service model as well
as the key role that products, programs and campaigns lay in supporting the brand
• Meet marketing objectives and provide deliverables within timelines and on budget
• Drive marketing, branding and positioning recommendations for customer-facing
content
• Leverage appropriate channels across client, including communications, digital marketing and PR to amplify and drive success for retail marketing initiatives

Qualifications
• 7+ years in online consumer marketing with world-class brands, within a multi- channel environment. Visual / Digital Marketing experience required, client or agency side.
• Strong multi project management skills and a solid understanding of marketing program development, execution and measurement
• Well organized, proven self-starter; able to initiate, prioritize and drive projects from inception to execution
• Demonstrated track record of handling complex/multi-faceted projects
• Proven ability to perform well in an environment of rapid change, with an ability to remain calm under pressure and tight deadlines
• A people person, able to form and maintain close working relationships with key
partners across the organization
• Excellent communication skills, able to strike the right balance in all situations, from cross-functional working groups to executive presentations
• Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for program
improvement
• Strategically astute, with a creative approach to solving problems and creating
memorable customer experiences

Education
Ideally BA in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA a plus.
