Marketing Programs Manager (Biotech)

Understand customer needs in key segments and, working with product marketing and senior personnel, translate these needs into successful marketing programs that drive revenue growth. In cooperation with Corporate Marketing functional managers, drive the development and execution of targeted marketing messaging and programs, go-to-market strategy and tactical activities, managing and liaising agency or third party involvement when appropriate. Implement and track activities, adjusting as needed to maximize effectiveness and routinely reporting back on that effectiveness to Sales and Marketing management. Work collaboratively with product marketing, providing input on product positioning, messaging and outbound marketing strategy/mix. Manage outbound marketing spend and forecast and ensure that deliverables are entered into Aprimo as appropriate.

Skills: Product positioning and messaging Marketing campaign strategy and development Experience with technical products (life science, high tech, etc.) Effective leadership and facilitation to drive consensus and alignment across functions/partners Highly organized to manage multiple programs simultaneously Good judgment to help guide strategies and ensure that assets deliver on the creative brief Proficiency with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word Strong communication/presentation skills to sell ideas and programs to diverse audiences and senior leadership

Education: Education: Bachelor degree in science or marketing. MBA in marketing is a plus Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications and/or product marketing in life sciences or high tech. Proven track record and experience in developing outbound marketing campaigns for technical products. Sales experience desirable.
