Marketing Programs Manager- Retail

Retail client is looking for a proven marketing programs manager for a contract on the Retail Marketing team in Cupertino.

This person will take responsibility for implementing specific programs that support the brand, and create amazing online and physical Retail experiences for customers globally.

This person will lead their own integrated marketing programs across cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and memorable moments for our customers. This person should ideally have solid experience in e-commerce across web and mobile platforms and in physical retail and feel confident being able to step back and paint the bigger picture whilst also run detailed programs end to end.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with world-class brands, in an online or multi-channel environment.
This position would be well-suited to an individual who understands online and mobile platforms, injects fresh thinking into their work, and uses data effectively to make recommendations that surpass customer expectations.

Key Qualifications
• 7+ years in online consumer marketing with world-class brands, within a multi- channel environment
• Strong multi project management skills and a solid understanding of marketing program development, execution and measurement
• Well organized, proven self-starter; able to initiate, prioritize and drive projects from inception to execution
• A people person, able to form and maintain close working relationships with key partners across the business
• Excellent communication skills, able to strike the right balance in all situations, from cross-functional working groups to executive presentations
• Thrive in an environment of rapid change with tight deadlines, while remaining calm and collected under pressure
• Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for program improvement
• Strategically astute, with a creative approach to solving problems and creating memorable customer experiences

• Develop and manage new and existing marketing programs to support Retail objectives
• Manage cross-platform marketing campaigns from concept to conclusion; lead cross- functional teams through planning to seamless execution; working closely with key partners including including but not limited to Retail Marketing, Marcom, Store Managers, Store Operations, Store Strategies, Product Marketing, Publishing, Digital Product Management, Customer Experience, Internal Communications, Training, Merchandising, Public Relations.
• Collaborate with worldwide retail marketing teams on ideas and strategies that deliver world-class experiences for specific customer groups
• Drive marketing, branding and positioning recommendations for customer-facing content
• Leverage appropriate channels across communications, digital marketing and PR to amplify and drive success for retail marketing initiatives
• Measure effectiveness and make recommendations for campaign and program

• BA/BS, degree in marketing or related field preferred

50% strategic 50% execution
Must excel in program AND project management. Will manage multiple programs in different phases. Interaction with multiple stakeholders.
