Marketing Program Support Manager

Our client, one of the country's largest banking and financial lending companies, seeks a Marketing Program Support Manager to assist the firm’s Enterprise Client Coverage (ECC) Team in executing marketing strategy, programs and tactics.

To excel in this role, the candidate will develop a working knowledge of all lines of businesses (LOB), will have the ability to manage cross-LOB programs, and execute strategy to develop and refresh marketing collateral. The group is responsible for developing marketing materials designed to introduce the bank’s existing customers to additional product sand service offerings.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-7 years professional work experience in Marketing
  • Project Management experience: being able to understand and appreciate a process, incorporate an existing project into the process, and manage that process beginning to end. Manage multiple projects, frequently with competing priorities.
  • Marketing Program Development and Execution experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (creating high level budget docs and project plans) and (use pre approved templates) PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in Executive level relationship management
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to successfully interact with and influence business partners across a variety of business areas
  • Ability to understand BAC business as usual methodologies for project execution
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task without losing the details
  • Ability to work independently

  • Financial acumen (basic knowledge of bank offerings and how they vary in interest to various customers)
  • Financial industry experience

    1. Create/Refresh Marketing Collateral (Percent of time: 40%):
  • Partner with line of business partners, agency partners, compliance, internal subject matter experts and internal marketing teams to execute new collateral and refresh existing collateral
  • Ensure customer-facing associate and agency partner awareness and readiness is in place
  • Develop and manage program schedules. Validate schedules to ensure all reviews and socialization are accurate and incorporated in a timely manner.
  • Analyze all critical processes impacting marketing effort; identify and mitigate risks

    2. Manage Cross-LOB Programs (Percent of time: 40%):
  • Support the execution, delivery, promotion and measurement of the marketing plan
  • Gain solid understanding of strategies and the lines of businesses involved to execute against marketing strategy
  • Partner with agencies, marketing partners, compliance and the line of businesses to manage and execute cross-LOB programs
  • Hold the marketing line of businesses, agency partners and compliance accountable to drive toward completion of programs on time, and on budget

    3. Other Duties (Percent of time: 20%):
  • Support ad hoc requests for contributions to presentations and provide information to relevant teams
  • Assisting ECC Team in ad hoc special projects
  • Program manage execution of tactics as needed due to team capacity
