Our client’s Global Email Design and Automation Team is looking for a team member to join this fast paced & challenging business as a Marketing Program Design and Automation Specialist. The team is dedicated to planning and designing customer centric experiences based on their point in the customer journey. One example of this is nurture, an automated behaviorally-driven marketing program that drives timely and relevant communications with customers. Currently the program is live across 10 countries and offers 2,000 unique customer scenarios. Solutions Nurture uses marketing technology to deliver personalized emails to business customers. The focus of the team is to continue to innovate and develop next gen experiences with a connected technology ecosystem and flexible content. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion working in a collaborative environment!

Job responsibilities
• Analyze and learn the current modular content structures for nurture program
• Work with a core team to understand current content development cycles
• Learn to use, deploy and measure modular content in nurture programs
• Drive thought leadership and recommend enhancements to nurture experiences (activation of additional channels or innovative audiences) that enhance timely and relevant content to our contacts. Co-manage content curation, asset creation and program communications for monthly / quarterly content refreshes including asset creation, updates, corrections, launch coordination, creative reviews and automation set-up globally
• Manage content refresh timelines to ensure all activities are complete to support an on-time deployment
• Assist in briefing agencies on content needs
• Assist with creating monthly / quarterly reports of program performance metrics including but not limited to asset and program performance and establishing timelines
• Create, manage and distribute to key stakeholders, a content catalog that includes all assets and journey details.
• Ad-hoc projects based on team lead needs

Qualifications
• Willingness to learn new marketing technology tools and utilize them on a daily basis
• The ability to deliver insights/recommendations for process and production improvement
• Committed to delivering projects with excellence
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast paced environment and collaborative team
• Understanding the customer journey and interested in learning how to listen and respond
• Ability to move between tactical and strategic activities as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, prior project management experience
• Organized, strong attention to detail and a team player
• Understand basic functionality of Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Adobe tools is preferred
• Agency or agency management experience preferred
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant marketing, content development, marketing automation and / or customer program experience
