Marketing Program Manager, Customer Loyalty

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Serve as the company’s customer engagement and referral marketing expert, by providing actionable recommendations that revitalize customer engagement and optimize referrals from brand promoters
• Develop, implement and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer referrals across online and offline channels
• Define the customer engagement map, develop and implement effective marketing strategies that engage with customers in a meaningful way
• Obtain and maintain deep knowledge of existing referral rewards and processes
• Manage referral program questions and escalations from customers, prospects & employees
• Perform on-going forecasting, tracking and results analysis of customer engagement and referral initiatives and proactively optimize based on results
• Effectively manage a variety of external partners
• Communicate and collaborate with internal departments, particularly Regions Marketing, Central Marketing, and Customer Experience & Insights

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field
• More than five years of experience in B2C marketing, emphasis on digital marketing a plus
• Ability to create enticing marketing campaigns that are consistent with a company's brand
• Experience in relationship marketing and an understanding of B2C post-purchase customer engagement
• Experience with customer engagement, advocacy and/or referral platforms and an understanding of features that drive increased customer engagement and referrals
• Success working in cross-functional teams, including internal departments, partners and external agencies
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Strong editorial background with the ability to write customer communications reflecting company goals, voice and culture
• Experience with Salesforce.com, or willingness to learn

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills; data and metrics-driven
• Ability to execute, results oriented, strong attention to detail and follow through
• Digital marketing savvy
• Enjoys working in a flexible, fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion, knowledge and involvement in energy and/or green technology is a plus
