Marketing Program Manager (Contract to Hire)

Responsibilities:
Creating and executing a strategic marketing plan
Strong emphasis on email marketing, SEO, SEM and Paid Search
Manage the entire email process, from content development through email set up and send through marketing automation tool.
Content Creation: Partner with internal teams to produce clear, consistent and compelling messaging for the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, videos, webinars, collateral, advertisements (web and print), newsletters, website content, social media, corporate/member communications, tradeshows and client testimonials.
Work with Product Management and the leadership team to develop and execute a product marketing strategy as it relates to new product launches, building the brand, overcoming competitive challenges, and value creation drivers for effective lead generation. This includes defining a marketing message and market readiness for all go-to-market efforts.
Provides information for the sales and leadership teams by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors marketing movements
Responsible for creating marketing campaigns designed to generate leads sufficient to meet revenue targets for the division.
Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
4+ years experience in marketing, marketing management or a related field.
Experience in account management and/or project management
Strong strategic background

Preferred Skills:
Software or SAAS background is a huge plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, and the ability to work effectively and handle multiple projects under tight and changing deadlines is also essential.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results and timely execution of existing campaigns (particularly email campaigns and newsletters)
Works well in a team environment, but also has the ability to work independently
Experience with marketing automation program, project management tool and Microsoft Office
Additional technical experience preferred (but not required): HTML, CRM, CMS and/or Adobe Design Premium Suite
