Marketing Program Manager

Our client is seeking a rock star Marketing Program Leader for a 6+ month onsite contract in Cambridge, MA.
Responsible for executing a launch plan for two new training offerings. Drive cross-functional teams to deliver against our launch goals. Execute against training product strategy, modify product business plans and budgets to align with ability to execute and to solve for the anticipated demand. Identify and actively pursue growth opportunities and areas of refinement relative to launch. Provide mentorship and leadership for training team throughout the launch and help remove barriers to success. Past, proven experience leading full software or services launches is required.
• Manage a training team including our Instructional Designer and Trainer
• Work cross functionally to ensure smooth training service launches and management of the delivery post launch
• Manage the training budget
• Execute against the launch plan and iterate with cross functional leaders as needed to ensure a high level of adoption internally and externally for training
• Manage the roll out of training based off of demand and capacity to deliver
• Provide oversight and direction to the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure accurate representation of training offerings & the necessary level of visibility and awareness is met
• Coordinate, manage and produce a plan to incorporate training insights from User Conference
• Manage & maintain messaging and positioning documents based off of insights collected via the launch process
• Manage cross functional program roll out from a project management perspective, as it pertains to the responsibilities and deliverables of other groups
• Drive the change management efforts across the organization and among the training team through launches to ensure a high success rate in terms of adoption and branding
• Track and disseminate key testimonials, use cases, training impact stories to drive interest in training offering
• Track and identify areas of inefficiency, quickly pivoting team efforts to produce measurable results
• Meet pre-defined success metrics for training offerings
• Demonstrate strong project management skills – planning: program analysis; driving team alignment and managing across teams; managing milestones and owning program success
• Keep current with new developments in our marketplace, with competitors and clients and make necessary changes relative to those relevant insights

• Ability to gather and synthesize disparate information into a cohesive, compelling message
• Ability to drive projects (motivated self-starter)
• Demonstrated experience working with a cross-functional team consisting of Training, Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Product Development, Billing, Customer Support and Business Operations
• Ability to coordinate multiple, cross-departmental work streams to achieve a common goal.
• Demonstrated experience tracking, measuring and growing technology product revenue
• Strong communicator
• Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS market helpful
• 10+ years bringing products/services offerings to market
