Marketing Program Manager

A division of this top tech company is looking for a dynamic marketing professional to help drive adoption of emerging products in the commerce space. You’ll support marketing campaigns to drive acquisitions. You will work with a cross-functional team across product management, engineering, user research, marketing, PR, and more to shape how this product is marketed to users.

You should have strong strategic skills and a strong creative sensibility, as the role enables you to design and run creative campaigns to promote this service. In addition, you will be expected to be a doer as well as a thinker, who does not settle for the expected and conventional, but works to push ideas beyond the norm.

Overview:
Program management, including co-marketing initiatives (activities for & with merchants and partners). Includes strategic development, creative ideation on what channels we should be “hacking” to grow our business, initiative preparation, client management (and ongoing relationship building), logistics, program management, program measurement.

Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing programming with several merchants, including broadly-reaching acquisitions efforts e.g. email marketing, social media, direct mail, couponing, signage, etc.
-Includes creative ideation, program planning, coordinating with client/internal teams and execution
- Manage all logistics - e.g. working with merchandising/operations/other cross-functional teams), measurement, coupon creation etc.
- Coordinate with the engagement team on how to extend the lifetime value of consumers acquired via co-marketing efforts (manage the “hand-off”)
- Execute large scale “local” efforts that support geo expansions, including but not limited to offers, co-marketing campaigns in mass media, direct mailers
- Work with the business development team to execute partner marketing campaigns w/ like minded brands/companies designed to bring in a large # of acquisitions
- Manage reporting of campaigns, being able to constantly give team updates against our goals across all programs (and how to optimize our channels)
- Budget management (ensuring execution stays inside of set budget, monitoring invoices, inputting costs into program plan trixes)
- Assist with post-program deliverables including but not limited to aggregating feedback, measuring reach and acquisition, communicating success/optimization opportunities to broader team

Required Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years experience within a strong marketing team (either client or agency side), with expertise in the conception and execution of marketing campaigns
- 5-7 years experience managing/leading client/partner relationships
- Experience with acquisition marketing (direct marketing, direct mail)
- Has experience in targeting user groups with specific campaigns.
- Solid experience with creative ideation and execution, branding initiatives for startups or products/services
- Strong creative sensibility - should be able to showcase creative advertising/campaign examples that they have worked on

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and expertise managing logistics and details for marketing campaigns
- Ability to execute with excellence and work w/ cross-functional teams seamlessly
