This division of this top tech company operates as a startup within shopping and exploring interesting new ways of marketing a new product. It is a great opportunity to be part of a product that has the potential to change user behavior by giving them back their time which otherwise would have been spent doing repetitive shopping tasks in a nearby store.
The role:
We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional to help drive consumer awareness and adoption of a service, an emerging product in the commerce space. You’ll support marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption. From competitive analysis, feature prioritization, and external comms, to defining how the brand comes to life in all its executions, you will work with a cross-functional team across product management, engineering, user research, marketing, PR, and more to shape how this division is marketed to users.

You should have strong strategic skills and a strong creative sensibility, as the role enables you to design and run creative campaigns to promote our product innovations. In addition, you will be expected to be a doer as well as a thinker, who does not settle for the expected and conventional, but works to push ideas beyond the norm.

Overview of job:
Program management for acquisition efforts, including co-marketing initiatives, events and activities for our merchants and partners. Includes initiative preparation, client management, logistics, program management, program measurement.

Skills needed:
-Strong partner marketing experience, managing clients
-Ability to execute with excellence
-Experience with acquisition marketing (direct marketing, direct mail)
-Interest and experience with creative ideation and execution, working with creative agencies
-Strong organizational skills and expertise managing logistics and details for marketing campaigns

Responsibilities:
-Managing marketing programming with several merchants and partners, including email marketing, social media, direct mail, couponing and other efforts.
-Includes creative ideation, program planning, coordinating with client/internal teams and execution.
-Manage all coupon logistics - e.g. setting up offer pages, working with merchandising, creating UTMS to track the effort, measurement
-Coordinate with the engagement team on how to extend the lifetime value of consumers acquired via co-marketing efforts (manage the “hand-off”)
-Execute “local” efforts, including but not limited to events in-store, guerrilla efforts, corporate outreach/perk program activations
-Run “next day” efforts in certain regions
-Manage reporting on marketing tactics. Pull weekly coupon redemptions, update ops team with forecasts, give team updates against our goals across all programs
-Work on developing and rolling out the new referral program across our merchant partners
-Budget management (ensuring execution stays inside of set budget, monitoring invoices, inputting costs into program plan trixes)
-Assist with post-program deliverables including but not limited to aggregating feedback, measuring reach and acquisition, communicating success/optimization opportunities to broader team


Qualifications:
5+ years of Marketing experience
4 - 6 years of experience with Partner programs
Experience with direct mail marketing
Experience with acquisition marketing
Experience with marketing reporting
Experience with Referral programs is a Plus
