Program Manager: Developer Marketing

The Program Manager will manage a developer marketing program for a subset of a large technology company in the Americas region, with particular focus on the US and Brazil. As a Program Manager, you will contribute to the development of program strategies with internal and external consumer marketing teams and lead their execution. The ideal candidate will be able to devise creative solutions for developer business challenges - for example, working collaboratively to drive discovery and revenue. You will have stellar organizational skills and experience in launching scalable programs and driving their success.

Responsibilities:
Strategy: Contribute to the development of program strategies for Developers in Americas. Develop, execute and measure marketing programs from foundational business-critical processes to innovative co-marketing programs.
Creative: Facilitate the creation of compelling creative that brings content and the brand to life.
Execution: Execute highly effective programs that make this product desirable by developers and consumers alike. Oversee all aspects of program management: Program development, content selection, legal agreement creation, campaign execution, creative approvals, ROI analysis and process optimization.
Analyze: Measure campaigns for impact; secure post-event reporting and perform ROI analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:
BA or BS Degree
3 years of experience in a similar program management role.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong project management experience.
Exceptional cross-functional management and organizational skills.
Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Understanding of effective consumer marketing strategies.
