Marketing Program Manager

As a Marketing Program Manager, you'll help drive retention and engagement strategies through in-product messaging, social and the website. The successful Marketing Program Manager will be able to think strategically about demand generation and solving customer needs, while executing tactically on a high level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement creative content strategy to drive customer retention
Targeted in-product marketing placements -
• Support Marketing Manager in development of 10+ in-product targeted messaging and mobile in-product Learn More pages
• Manage creative messaging strategy; creating content messaging map to support campaigns for three distinct segments: upgraders, discontinuation and current year purchasers
• Partner with email channel partner to ensure messaging is consistent/complimentary to email timing/messaging
• Assists Marketing Manager in briefing creative teams and driving creative development, QA and campaign launch
• Coordinate testing, implementation and launch timing with product engineers, web development and analytics
Mobile in-product Learn More pages -
• Support Marketing Manager in 2013 app strategy to upgrade consumers to desktop purchase
• Assists Marketing Manager in briefing creative teams and driving creative development, QA and campaign launch
• Implementation and manage launch with web development


Improve new user onboarding/customer experience on our web sites by improving existing content and developing new content:
Marketing product video content updates
• Assess current video content for those that need to be refreshed and/or updated
• Partner with product to understand what content needs to be updated, gather product assets and contribution
• Assist in agency briefing, own the day-to-day agency relationship and oversee production development
• Manage creative routing and approval process – coordinating with all stakeholders, including Brand and Legal
YouTube channel management
• Manage and refresh the YouTube channel to align with brand strategy; prioritize needed updates, develop brief for channel updates and work with creative team to develop new assets; organize content to best fit customer needs

Drive marketing operations, including process improvement:
• Manage website creative development – project deliverables, timelines, creative QA, creative routing and approval to key stakeholders
• Own and manage promotional code, coupon code and vanity URL creation and management; partner with analytics to ensure tracking is accurately assigned to marketing channels
• Partner with Associate Marketing Manager to maintain marketing calendar of promotions, testing and campaign roll-outs for brand team, web and in-product marketing
• Develop and maintain central repository for all creative assets to be shared across marketing teams
• Manage day-to-day relationship with legal team and other key business stakeholders and third party partners
• Monitor customer sentiment across key voice-of-customer outlets


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
• 3-5 years project management, marketing operations experience for product marketing, online marketing or advertising agency
• Strong creative, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Extremely organized with ability to make decisions, prioritize work and drive process improvements
• Work well juggling multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail, and understand budget constraints
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams, while managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing projects for web, product, and/or brand marketing preferred
• Ability to collaborate well across teams to accomplish goals and deliver results
• Ability to thrive and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Excellent PC skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelors Degree preferred
