Marketing Program Manager

Action sports retail/wholesale client located in Orange County who is currently seeking a Marketing Program Coordinator to support their Global Sales team. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing the internal online marketing platform, and coordinating 12 regional managers who oversee regions globally.

Experience working with CMS, communication and project management will be key to keep the program and site running smoothly. Candidate will deliver and monitor site content, troubleshoot, and act as a resource for management. Candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with outside programming vendor on site-testing and enhancements. The candidate will also be responsible for creating internal marketing, messaging and execution. There are several moving parts to manage in this role. Candidate must be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and follow up.
There are huge initiatives surrounding Summer Games. In addition to day-to-day responsibilites, person will be responsible for maintaining internal marketing communications for the Olympics.
This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right talent. The role requires a candidate to work full-time, on-site at HQ in Orange County.

• Data reporting and web analytics
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
• Organized and pro-active
• Understanding of basic web development is a plus
• 4-5 years project management, communications, and/or marketing experience
• Advanced degree preferred
