Marketing Program Manager

The role of Marketing Program Manager is to run and constantly improve a number of creator-facing global programs.

Responsibilities:
Own, improve and operationally run Rewards Program through managing of internal, cross-functional stakeholders as well as external vendor management.
Operationally run partnerships program (content curation, rights clearance) and support the global rollout of the program.
Analytical and strategic support for the creation of additional creator-facing programs.

Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree in business, marketing, economics or similarly field, etc.
2-5 years of experience in project management.
Strong organizational and project management skills, including ability to synthesize information to see the big picture while effectively managing details.
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
Strong work ethic.
Proven ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in an organization.
Willingness to learn new techniques.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA or similar quantitative degree
5-7 years of project management
Familiarity with rewards and loyalty programs
