Marketing Program Manager

Mid-level Marketing Program Manager needed for planning and executing focused or specialized direct/database marketing initiatives.
Work with direct to consumer insurance products.
Responsible for ensuring adherence to compliance and privacy regulations and policies.
Integrate campaigns with other offers/promotions.
Conduct market analyses of competitive activity to determine opportunities and program objectives
Generate or obtain targeted customer lists, working with internal and/or external resources
Establish campaign timing and targeted response rate levels
Direct vendors in developing creative materials
Develop and execute program communications
Review campaign performance in terms of response rates, lead generation, sell-through, and cost-effectiveness.

Although supporting the development and execution of multiple marketing related projects and initiatives, the applicant needs to be aware that there is a significant compliance related component to this role. The role will be responsible for managing compliance related processes and issues for the Digital Marketing team as they relate to marketing content in the online channel, including but not limited to: email; secure and public site, social media and organic/paid search.

Manage marketing/compliance mailboxes, documenting and obtaining approvals for all targeting, list routing & scrubbing, as well as online campaign marketing asset and website content routing with various internal partners and legal/compliance teams

Liaise with internal partners for content development and support the digital team with project management and marketing presentations as needed
