Marketing Program Manager

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives for their consumer lending products.

Responsibilities:
• Senior-level marketing consultant recognized for high-level of marketing expertise.
• Leads cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of marketing programs, services and projects that support the marketing strategy of a corporate, cross-business or business segment with strategic impact to business line results.
• Consults with senior level management to perform analyses that lead to the development of strategies/plans that drive sales, profit, market share, brand awareness, products, services, etc.
• Translates broad strategies and business/growth opportunities into specific objectives and operational/tactical/project plans.
• Provides strategic and tactical leadership in the management of relationships and integration of plans/programs with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies and adjusting approach as necessary.
• Works with functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes and ensure alignment with strategy/policies and business line objectives.
• Tracks and evaluates performance of programs, services and projects and adjusts plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

Requirements:
• 7+ years marketing experience.
• Ability to develop ground breaking marketing strategies leveraging a multi-channel approach
• Understanding of customer segmentation
• Development of unique offers and/or treatments to drive desired consumer behavior
• Candidate must have proven track record in developing marketing strategies for a credit card portfolio or related industry
• Ability to direct an agency in communications/messaging strategies
• Solid project management skills
• Strong analytic skills
• Keen competitive insight
• Excellent partnership and collaboration skills
• Self-directed, ability to craft and articulate strategic presentations both in writing and verbally
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency and proven track record to deliver on commitments.
• Ensures plans/programs adhere to compliance/privacy regulations and policies.
