Marketing Program Manager

Our client, the world’s largest dedicated security technology company, is looking for a Marketing Programs & Communications Manager in Santa Clara.

As the Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development of a broad range of assets, communications vehicles, and marketing programs to support the organization. Leveraging a strategic understanding of business unit requirements, target audience profiles, and related program plans, the Marketing Programs Manager works collaboratively with a diverse team to create and manages cross-organizational, integrated marketing programs. You will become a content expert on information related to business unit and audience needs – and as such drive the content strategy for internal clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Planning:
 Work with internal clients to create strategic plans and implement marketing programs to raise awareness of and interest in our solutions.
 Provide recommendations on and development of hi-level, integrated programs (print, digital, social) that include deliverables such as thought leadership content, core collateral, webcasts, and interactive tools
 Assist in developing strategy for web pages -- driving content planning and review process (reviewing existing web pages and assets for most current messaging, marketing effectiveness, and possible re-purposing.)
 Constantly explore, recommend, use and optimize communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage with various audiences, particularly as part of fully integrated campaigns.

Content Strategy:
 Work closely with product and channel marketing teams to translate business goals into meaningful content strategy and deliverables (factoring in user needs, content requirement and content sources)
 Drive content review and planning process (reviewing existing web pages and assets for most current messaging, marketing effectiveness, and possible re-purposing)
 Works with stakeholders to define and plan content to be created, rewritten, repurposed, or removed.
 Establish content guidelines and editorial procedures for consistent brand voice and tone.
 Provide a strong customer and partner point of view for all content initiatives
 Work with web team to generate a detailed site content audit/inventory and evaluate content organization and presentation.

Asset Development:
 Ensure appropriate brand voice and tone and overall brand compliance.
 Manage end-to-end development and approvals of key assets to support corporate marketing, product & solution marketing, and field marketing requests

Communications Strategy:
 Support field marketing organization with new content for emails, promos and special events
 Edit contributions to relevant newsletters and create new strategies and content
 Guide the creation of promotional messaging for emails and collaborate on SEM strategy and implementation

• This is a 12 month, full-time, W-2 contract position located in Santa Clara, CA
• This position is not eligible for telecommute or offsite work
