Marketing Program Manager

Our client, the leading retailer in the beauty industry is seeking a Marketing Program Manager for their San Francisco corporate office for a long term with potential to convert assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning end-to-end execution of subscriptions marketing program, from strategic planning stages through creative implementation, across all channels including traditional print collateral and digital assets. Clearly and actively communicates and traffics program schedules, deliverables and expectations to all team members. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Management and execution of the individual components of an omni-channel marketing campaign, including: digital, video, packaging, inbox collateral, and in-store marketing/collateral 
o Extreme level of detail and organization necessary as high volume of multiple months at one given time 
o Retail background dealing with third party vendors, procurement, etc. 
o Digital experience especially important as position manages a variety of digital channels including site, mobile and social platforms 
• Manages day-to-day tasks of program execution for key cross-channel campaigns: 
o Opens jobs and builds job folders w/ all project info; updates as jobs evolve and maintains final product archive of job info
o Tracks schedules and updates status reports for weekly status meetings 
o Coordinates to do’s and timelines for marketing and creative teams 
o Partners with third party vendors and incorporate dependencies into individual schedules 
• Creates and publishes comprehensive schedules and sets interim milestone meetings, integrating digital and retail touch-points in process. Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results 
• Fosters partnerships with Marketing, Creative, Digital, Distribution Centers and Planning teams. Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle 
• Partners upstream w/strategic partners in Marketing, Merchandise and CRM to communicate strategic milestones and provide executional considerations for brief 
• Execute against 360 workflow process; identifies means to integrate and improve efficiency between marketing, creative/editorial, print production, procurement, digital marketing, etc. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 
• 4-6 years’ experience in program/account/marketing project management 
• College degree or equivalent experience 
• Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Operations, digital, ecommerce or retail experience preferred 
• Effective relationship-building skills, ability to cultivate strong partnerships across teams to get work done 
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in leading/facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results/push programs forward 
• Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented 
• Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities 
• Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
