Marketing Program Manager

Our client is a large financial institution in Midtown Manhattan and they are looking for a talented Marketing Program Manager to join their team for a 12 to 18 month contract. The hours are 8am to 5pm, 40 hours a week, OT where necessary, and health benefits and 401K offered through Aquent.

Responsibilities of Marketing Program Manager:
• Manage development of sales presentations for Ultra High Net Worth segment
• Ability to copywrite, edit and review content for brand tone and proper messaging
• Support approval, communication, execution and stewardship of core brand guidelines to ensure integrity of the UHNW brand(s) at both national and local levels
• Create and communicate written creative briefs for use by agencies (e.g., creative, advertising, packaging, collateral, merchandising, etc.) to direct concepts for effective execution of marketing programs and objectives
• Support execution of brand delivery components for nationally sponsored events
• Create detailed project completion plans, budget estimates and schedules
• Track and manage project budgets
• Ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project, scope, budget, timelines, etc.
• Motivating teams of cross-functional disciplines (strategy, design and development) to achieve the desired project goal
• Collect and document project requirements, working with the senior manager and internal team to identify all business needs
• Preparation and presentation of schedules, budgets and other documentation to clients
• Assist in QA efforts for assigned projects and clients
• Manage, evaluate and respond to change requests and issues
• Coordinate and manage third party and in-house agencies
• Gather and organize assets from SMEs
• Post creative and secure all necessary internal approvals from key stakeholders to legal and compliance

Requirements for Marketing Program Manager:
• Minimum of 5 years of Marketing experience preferably in an agency and/or financial services environment
• Experience implementing visual and verbal guidelines for a brand and/or portfolio of brands
• Experience in execution of integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in the UHNW/luxury market
• Must have strong copywriting and editing skills with experience in those disciplines preferred
• Knowledgeable on the latest online marketing strategy and tactics as well as print production techniques
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients, internal staff and the management team
• Passion for learning
• Experience managing risk in development of marketing materials and sales presentations within a regulated environment
•Good relationship building with strong influence and collaboration skills
• Experience working with both internal and external agency partners
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter, and collaborative environment
