Marketing Program Manager

Our client is a large financial institution located in Midtown Manhattan, NY and they are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join their team for a 12 to 18 month contract. This is 40 hours a week with the potential for over time and health benefits and 401K is offered through Aquent.

The Marketing Program Manager will support the team by managing and contributing to the development of external channel strategy programs and ensuring cross-channel integration with an emphasis on advisor and external-facing channels. The Marketing Program Manager will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day content on their public websites. This includes ensuring content accuracy, adherence to compliance policies and brand guidelines and content sharing across the public and client websites.

Daily partnership with internal teams will be required and the candidate should have experience in integrated program management and/or digital marketing. This work will require the ability to multi-task, to adhere to strict deadlines and to adjust their work flows depending on the day’s requirements.

Responsibilities of Marketing Program Manager:
• Act as a program manager for initiatives underway to enhance external-facing channels; support enhancements to video strategy
• Enable advisors by project managing and supporting content development for the creation of a competitive tool box for advisors (upgrades to advisor to client email platforms, advisor pages, and our internal online repository for advisor support materials)
• Oversee day-to-day activities required to maintain the quality of branding and content on the public websites; create and manage tasks lists, project plans and help prioritize content in queue
• Manage daily compliance review submission/tracking and dispensations
• Secure all necessary internal approvals from key stakeholders on assigned projects
• Improve integration and delivery across brand channels--improve processes, find efficiencies
• Help identify success metrics and develop regular format for reporting on external channels

Desired Skills of Marketing Program Manager:
• 5-7 years traditional marketing, digital marketing or communications experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proactive and positive attitude with ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Experience in financial services and/or the UHNW/luxury space preferred
• Knowledgeable about the latest marketing strategy and tactics
• High energy, self-starter with a passion for learning
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products a necessity, experience with sharepoint a plus
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and present campaign results in a meaningful business context
• Ability to produce executive level PowerPoint presentations and communications
• High quality standards, with acute attention to detail
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize assignments on a daily basis, while still meeting deadlines
