Marketing Program Manager

Our client is a large financial institution in Charlotte, NC and they are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to work on a special project for 6 months. Hours for this Marketing Program Manager role are Monday - Friday; 40 Hours between hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible). Health benefits and 401K are offered through Aquent.

This Marketing Program Manager role will support the development and management of specialist websites and marketing platforms in support of the consumer side.

Responsibilities of Marketing Program Manager may include, but are not limited to:
- Assessing and advising on improving process and methodologies of current project management implications throughout project timeline; including development of strategies, readiness assessment, development of training and communications.
- Works with project managers to identify redundancies and duplications of efforts across projects and eliminate.
- Advanced in the use of project management software/ concepts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business unit’s functions.
- Strong communication skills to work with senior management to deliver requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, quality management, and organizational skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management theory and team dynamics.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiate action and adapt to change.
- Proven ability to make tough decisions and accept challenging assignments.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate costs and develop and implement project plans within budgetary guidelines.

Requirements for Marketing Program Manager:
1. 4 year Degree
2. 3-5 years Project/Program management experience; PMP a plus
3. Strong communication skills to work with senior management to deliver requirements.
4. Advanced in the use of project management software/ concepts.
5. Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiate action and adapt to change.
6. Proven ability to make tough decisions and accept challenging assignments.
7. Strong analytical, problem solving, quality management, and organizational skills.
8. Technical expertise (digital marketing and analytics)
