Marketing Program Manager

You should have strong strategic skills and an analytical mindset with experience in Excel/Google Sheets and with cross-functional project planning and marketing operations. You will be expected to be a doer as well as a thinker, who does not settle for the expected and conventional, but works to own delivery and push ideas beyond the norm.

Overview:
Program and operations management for this department's marketing, including co-marketing initiatives, optimization and execution of campaigns in scaled channels like direct mail & online offers. This includes initiative preparation, partner relationship management, logistics, program management, program measurement. You’ll also manage cross-functional coordination of campaign forecasting and measurement.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Primary marketing point of contact for our forecasting & operations teams which will include:
- Manage forecasting and reporting on marketing tactics across the marketing team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with operations team on forecasting & ideal campaign launch timing and sizing, give team status updates against our goals across all programs.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Help marketing team understand results of campaigns & ideal next steps given performance
- Execute & optimize acquisition marketing campaigns within scaled channels
- Assist with marketing campaigns with the goal of this team's growth
- Manage marketing programming that aims to acquire new users for this program, featuring multiple merchants or specific partners on mall.
- You’ll focus primarily on finding ways to optimize scaled channels
Campaign types include online offers, direct mail, couponing and other efforts
Includes creative ideation, program planning & logistics, coordinating with client/internal teams and execution as well as measurement
- Assist with post-program deliverables including but not limited to aggregating feedback, measuring reach and acquisition, communicating success/optimization opportunities to broader team
- Assist with new channel development, to find the next big acquisition source
- Budget management (ensuring execution stays inside of set budget, monitoring invoices, inputting costs into program plan trixes)

Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (no specific field required)
- 5+ years in Marketing experience --- MUST
- 4 - 6 years of experience within a fast-paced marketing team focusing on acquisition marketing or channel development. Related fields could include: startup marketing, retail marketing, brand marketing, and or co-marketing/partnership marketing
- 3+ years of experience with Excel, (pivot tables, vlookup) marketing forecasting and analytics

Nice to haves:
- Experience with acquisition marketing
- Ideally experience in direct marketing
- Experience with marketing operations a plus
