Marketing Program Manager

Supports all phases of marketing programs from inception through completion. Acts as primary contact for project workstream activities, leading program review sessions with team to discuss and content. Establish repeatable process for event program. Establish and adhere to milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions. Liase with business functions to understand ongoing needs Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.

Other duties may include but aren’t limited to:
• Own Staffing of ALL VMworld Tracks/content/Space
o Work with team to identify demo staff to work booth and backups; make adjustments as necessary; reconcile booth staff schedules with other events at VMworld
o Collect shirt sizes and contact information from all staffers
o Demo staff spreadsheet updates for corporate
o Check daily/weekly reports for registration and content submission
♣ Report and follow up until all submissions are made
♣ Verify minimums are made for T&E coverage
♣ Send out communications regarding coverage status
o Send reminder emails with deadlines and details to track owners and booth staffers; report status back to corporate marketing
o Coordinate training for booth staffers; multiple sessions; record and communicate
o Schedule theater presentations and collect presentation content if needed
o Signage approval
o Booth setup and station layout verification
o Create cheat sheets and contact information for demo booth staff
o Facilitate tracking of demo recordings, click through demos, etc.
• Additional duties
o Assist with other events CNA is involved
o Handling booth logistics/what is needed general tracking
