Marketing Program Manager - Customer Experience

This is a 3-6month+ contract position. Onsite 40 hours/ week. No remote work.

Overview:
This role supports these areas:
1) Marketing of Customer Experience and Marketing Community initiatives such as Executive forums, quarterly Community calls, and other enterprise wide marketing forums.

This role will support the marketing efforts to bring new initiatives to market. The role will provide strategic and tactical marketing support such as developing marketing plans, working with partners in Communications, Research, Integrated Marketing and Brand and establishing measurement plans. In addition, this role will require exposure to broader Marketing Community initiatives to identify key areas of opportunity.

Responsibilities Include:
Strategic and tactical support through development and execution of marketing programs.
Working with partners in Communications, Research, Integrated Marketing and Brand to bring initiatives to market.
Managing the execution of leadership meetings including agenda setting and necessary meeting follow-ups for the Marketing Executive Management Team in the form of bi-weekly calls and periodic in person meetings, as well as forums and larger community meetings.

Qualified Candidates will have the:
Ability to work across a variety of projects, initiatives and are flexible in working style
Ability to effectively collaborate and influence across lines of business and at multiple levels
Ability to work through ambiguity with minimal supervision in a highly fast paced environment
Superior oral and written communication skills including the ability to articulate clearly and succinctly Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and follow through
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years marketing experience
Experience developing, implementing and measuring all components of integrated marketing campaigns Experience effectively managing and cultivating the marketing program development and creative process Experience planning, developing and executing small scale senior level meetings
Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Skills:
MBA or other advanced degree
Experience creating and communicating presentations for senior level leaders
Experience as a change agent having effectively implemented change in a large cross-functional organization
