Marketing Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated TVC to support this Top Tech Company's marketing team as we scale-up in 2016 to meet its big objectives, while ensuring a robust, and seamless experience for partners, influencers and millions of teen girls. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in marketing, administration or program management. This team's mission is to inspire millions of girls to the power of code, and to see it as a means to pursue their dream careers, experience in the social impact space and or education space is preferred but not required.

Selected TVC will play a pivotal role in supporting this central marketing team.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: ongoing Administrative management / updates; Website CMS updates (no programming or coding experience required), Business Affairs management to VIP partners / influencers (including thank you notes and follow ups); Support the tracking and management of Research and Focus group findings and summarize results for executive review; Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings to the team;
Help manage community by supporting ongoing engagement of nonprofit partners and growth of local parties in our offices; Manage event logistics including A/V requirements, collateral development, invitation management, and other administrative duties. Provide analytical deep dives crucial to strategic marketing initiatives, including website and coding party analysis. Ensure effective prioritization and collaboration.

1. Events: Ordering event swag and materials and help manage coding party setup and run of show
2. Community Management: Engage with teen girls and teen girl organizations (i.e., Girl Scouts and Girls, Inc.), including sharing program updates, seeking feedback and collecting surveys for events and community activities
3. Content and Metrics: Analyze metrics and maintain data to help inform the strategy and planning of the program; Continue to refresh content, including website, and program collateral

Requirements:
-BS/BA degree in Marketing and/or related industry
-1-2 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator role and/or related experience
-Proficiencies in Excel/sheets
-Proficiency in PowerPoint (for presentations and list management)
-Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
-Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
-Team player, passion for making an impact. Creative thinker and quick / strategic problem solver.
-Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills and impeccable judgment.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many simultaneous timelines with limited oversight and direction
