Responsible for managing programs which support marketing services and operations for the enterprise in support of company brands and grows market share. Ensures that services and materials meet specifications and business rules, costs are appropriate/on budget, adherence to regulatory / privacy rules and deadlines are met. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Manages the development, implementation and oversight/audit of market-response/fulfillment, print production, direct marketing, translations establishes appropriate strategies and timelines to support sales, corporate and operational considerations. Manages key vendor relationships to ensure strong execution against contractual and requested services; including the creation and maintenance of database systems and/or data to facilitate program management that includes data analysis and reporting. Provides advice and counsel to management. Actively contributes to and/or leads new or improved methods or processes to support increased efficiencies, economies and operational excellence. Contributes to overall planning, budgeting and reporting progress against program objectives. Participates in vendor evaluations and selections as required.
Requires a BA/BS in a related field; 5 years marketing service / operations experience, 2-3 years of marketing/print production experience with exposure to structured project or process methodologies / practices; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Print, Six Sigma, ISO, PMP certifications preferred.
